With BASIC
language, you can create custom graphics and process touch input. Unlike some PLCs which require a BASIC CoProcessor Module, the CuTOUCH supports communications to intelligent devices such as bar code readers, welders, serial printers, intelligent sensors, or any other device w/ a RS232 port.
With Ladder
Logic, real-time I/O and sequential processing can easily be implemented into
your final product.
With 82
I/Os and 2 RS232 hardware independent ports, there is plenty of room for
interfacing with various peripherals.
To top it
off, CuTOUCH™ supports MODBUS
protocol to interface with other PLCs, HMIs, and
PCs.
Graphics
can easily be implemented using CuCANVAS™, a graphic program in which you can create boxes,
circles, and lines just like a paint program. A source code will be generated
for you so you don't have to code anything. Pixel
Studio™ is another graphic program in
which you can create up to 200 custom characters easily.
The industrial grade CuTOUCH™ 1721C is capable of handling all your 12V and 24V DC sensors w/ opto-isolated protected inputs.
